| How we work |
| 1. |
Bid on project; |
| 2 |
Assess current situation of company; |
| 3 |
Develop plan according to parameters of project; |
| 4 |
Introduce plan to Managers/Stakeholders; |
| 5 |
Assist integration of plan into actionable steps; |
| 6 |
(2-3 months later), Review the plan, the reality and
see how to re-align company back to plan or modify it
to achieve client satisfaction. |
|
| |
| Why we work |
| We enjoy having our own schedule and flexibility
to have a family and a life. We agree to engagements to satisfy
the client today and for tomorrow but we also look develop our
base of knowledge and more importantly to broaden our horizons.
We look for engagements in which we will be successful and not
just for any project. We typically work on 12-15 projects a
year or about one to two at any one time. |
| |
| What we don't do |
| We do not do the following: |
| - |
Pat you on the back, |
| - |
Look for life-long engagements with your organization
(leech-mode); |
| - |
Engage projects outside our scope of expertise or familiarity;
or |
| - |
Disclose information with others (discretion is a key
facet of any engagement). |
